Kind of wish this game had an option to ban setups all together. Like no in pit adjustments. I'm starting to get worried that people are going to spend time practicing all that stuff and most of us who just pick up in play are going to get left behind. Gonna take the fun out of it. Why I stopped playing GT5. Needed a more relaxed, racing game where I can actually have time to play it just for fun instead of setup setup setup lol. Otherwise I won't really have the time for the league cause I can't commit to doing that. Way past that point in my school career :/ If you are referring to how fast i was at pheonix after a pit stop it wasnt from practice. I barely get on and play anymore. I dont have the time or want to make the time to practice to find out what adjustments to make at each track. I just mess with tire pressure and tweak from there every track i just got lucky with adjustments during are practice.

I know you didn't practice it but what sucks is once you find something at one track these things will work at nearly every one. Each game has a common adjustment that will better cars around each track. You found something at Vegas in your league race and now found something at pheonix. The rest of us don't touch the cars cause we wanna race with everything default so it's just on the driver.
It's fustrating having one of the fastest cars at a track then losing cause someone finds something special and uses it to their advantage. It's better with everything equal cause then it comes down to the driver them selves.

Also, us three in particular are really close at nearly every track in this game so I look forward to racing people on my level on an equal playing field. It sucks when it's not longer closer if one of us gets a leg up on the other which doesn't have to do with just driving. It's fun battling side by side bumper to bumper each and ever lap lol

I understand, and i wouldnt have a problem with not changing setup at all really. Only problem is there is no way to tell if someone else does change something. It would be left up to trusting everyone to ONLY take tires during pit stops. Which truthfully i really wouldnt trust everyone. Wish there was a way to make it where all you can do during pits stops on default is take tires and fuel.

Yeah I said it . Well I'm going to try the trust system and just keep things default. It's more fun that way I think. I know Meade will, you would, Dragon would etc. If we keep the field with people we trust me may be able to do it.

I have no problem just changing tires and adding fuel. Sounds good to me. ;D

Just really hard to leave that trust out there to everybodyelse. I understand people don't have time to practice like others and find those special adjustments etc., this was one of the reasons I tried so hard to basically help everyone with setups in GT5 so everyone could have fun. Track time will make a slight difference bottom line. Phoenix and Michigan are like my 2 best tracks for some reason when racing with others online and people thought I had some tune, but reality was I didn't touch a damn thing on my car. Same here shagg. Thats also the reason why i had to quit gt5. Its just became no fun losing by a hundred laps cuz everybody had a better setup than you So whats your excuse for the TC series we ran on GT5?? hmmmm....... lol ;D You know who they say excuses are for right??.... A$$HOLES. Just burstin your bubble NIPS

Hahahaha. Well by doing practice races like we have been doing all week, we will know who ends up doing a bunch of adjustments. If someone goes from mid pack car to definitely the fastest that will be obvious lol. I'll know the difference if I am getting beat cause another driver is faster or another car is faster lol

Only problem i see is with default the car never acts the same for me. Each time i join a room and start a race one race it will feel good next race it will be crap just doesnt seem to feel the same every race.

The best drivers doesn't come from who wins the most but who finishes with the cleanest car.

Thats only because they made the game to go along with weather changes, so it won't feel the same every time, it's part of the way they made the game to have some type of changes whether it be track temp, air temps.

WTG Fredericks!! Nice to see that sexy 15 in victory lane. Can't wait to get in the seat, or the third MWR car if it hasn't been driven yet.
