Yeah. Ill still probably suck at setups and wouldnt have time to practice them lol Yeah i know a good amount of us dont have the time we use to during the old Nascar leagues so if possible this would be a good idea IMO. This also will make the competition more even instead of having someone who has just found a really good tune. Tuning on pitroad will still be allowed as this will still give people who like to tune a time to shine. Also will bring strategy into things cause some people may want to pit really early in the race to get there proper tunes in while others would rather have the track position so it would be interesting to see play out.

Another idea. If it proves to not effect the lag issue, I was thinking about allowing people to use a custom a limited amount of times in the season. maybe 5 times out of the season, people can use a custom car they have designed as long as it has the same number as there primary car.

saturday nights works perfect for me ahah... for setups it would be kool if it was default setups at some tracks and maybe we could use custom setups at like daytona or talladega.. custom paint schemes would be sweet to but i think the custom car might create lag

probably the same thing as ntg11 i really wish it was like nascar 09 that shit was awesome They have said it will be based like 11 but will have many more decals logos etc and will be more user friendly (IE: you can type words now instead of just letters and the contig decals are automatically on the car that way you don't have to add them yourselfs. Still probably not going to look that great as it take a lot of time to make the cars look good. Thats why I want to limit how many times someone gets to use a custom. I dont want all of these generic ass cars out there on the track haha.

Ill probably make a scheme with a new sponsor. When the game comes out, Ill check out what sponsors they have already in the game and go from there. Or make my own sponsor logo like i did last time (last time i made a Bank of America patriotic car)

Next thing to brainstorm is the Daytona activities.
Would still like to do a shootout to kick things off. Use that to feel things out and get use to things. Thinking about rewarding the winner with the pole position and outside pole in the 500.
Also would like to do duels to set the remaining amount of the field.
ideas?

Another idea I had: default setups? If they aren't total garbage, that may be a good idea. This helps a lot of us who have become more busy and dont have the time we use to to do setups. We can still allow pitroad adjustments so people could practice that. Like me, who works damn near 7 days a week for about 10 hours a day and the fact that I go to Ohio every week now. Its hard to keep up with my HSR league sometimes.

You could probably do default at those tracks but the cars would be so equal. lol

No reason to spend time tuning for the plate tracks. As long as we don't have some crazy red line issues then mine as well keep it default. Besides the default setups in the upcoming game isnt like it use to be. They give you 3 different default setups to choose from, one being loose one being neutral and one being tight. So yes it will be default but it will still take a decision on which to use.

Yea like in NTG 11, on most of the tracks you could keep up with the field on default setups while they were running customs. I like the idea that they added the 3 default setups, it will make it interesting to see who picks which class.

I feel they help us meet half way with people who want to run default tunes and those who want a little freedom with their cars. Still going to take a bit of practice to figure out with of the three to choose and which in race adjustments to make.
