We will use this thread to brainstorm ideas for the possible upcoming OSCCS season if it happens.
First off teams will be based of real life teams. There will be true owners as the owners of the teams will be like real life. For drivers to be considered on the same team, they must be driving on the same team that exists in real life.
IE I want to drive one of the MWR cars. For someone to be on my team they must drive another MWR car.
Ill add more to this as we brain storm...

So like i cant have RJM anymore but i can pick up rcr or hendrick and so on?

Correct. So if you for say pick the 88, you will be a driver for Hendrick Motorsports. Keeps things easier instead of all these team names running around. Just keep things like real life.

I say we keep the rolling start and not start off the computer like nascar likes to do, we run 1 lap under our control. I hope we get one start no matter what, I have been waiting for a GTRRL nascar league to return with this game.

If the game's start doesnt suck and the lineup is correct it would be nice to just go by that. But if it does suck in one way or another we will definitely do that

if this happens are we gonna do the FULL 36 race season with a chase? or maybe pick out the best 15 - 20 races... then the number of laps? maybe around 100 or 150 at certain tracks??? say like maybe 200 or 250 at bristol and maybe for the road courses the full race since they are only 90 laps and 110 laps and take about 2 hours or so?? so many questions so little time?  |

Haha nice questions. My first idea would be that we try to do the entire schedule but throw out some boring tracks we go to twice (Ie pocono, NH, etc). Then from there another idea i had was two races a night with each being around an hour maybe. That way we can get through the schedule at a decent rate. We just need to find a night that works out for everyone. Still would prefer a Friday night or Saturday night just need to figure a time or something |

Another idea I had: default setups? If they aren't total garbage, that may be a good idea. This helps a lot of us who have become more busy and dont have the time we use to to do setups. We can still allow pitroad adjustments so people could practice that.
